世间的美，不在高山，不在游云，在于一颗善于发现的心。闪电惊现，雷声突至，暴雨欲来，其中悠然可见美的化身。在下面这些小小的字母诗歌里，在一个个平凡的事物中，你发现了吗？

爱慕大山是男人，M was a man,
游走四方驾浮云，Who walked round and round;
身披长衣雄风在，And he wore a long coat
落到地面方现身，That came down to the ground.
原是滑稽一老人。Funny old man!

附：哈哈，为何大山人人爱呀！

恩情一张网，N was a net
洒向海中央，Which was thrown In the sea
捕得鱼儿食，To catch fish for dinner
美味你我尝，For you and for me.
清爽一张网。Nice little net!

偶送一只橘，O was an orange

金黄圆又香，So yellow and round:
失手落下树，When it fell off the tree,
砸到地面上，It fell down to the ground.
伤到伊心上。Down to the ground!

泼丽鹦鹉，P was a polly.
红兰绿属，All red, blue, and green,--
美丽造物，The most beautiful polly
如今目睹，That ever was seen.
可爱鹦鹉。Poor little polly!

科威小鹌鹑，Q was a quail
短短尾巴根，With a very short tail;
专吃嫩玉米，And he fed upon corn
早晚都不分，In the evening and morn.
奇怪小鹌鹑。Quaint little quail!

兔子拉比特，R was a rabbit,
有个坏习惯，Who had a bad habit
专爱吃花朵，Of eating the flowers
花园不放过，In gardens and bowers.
淘气小肥兔。Naughty fat rabbit!

爱斯优美冰糖钳，S was the sugar-tongs,
夹起冰糖凉又甜，Nippity-nee,
那就夹起一块糖，To take up the sugar
赶快放到茶碗里，To put in our tea.
想想香茶凉又甜，Nippity-nee!
