Dr. Caroline Anna Elisabet Strömberg is currently Estella B. Leopold Associate Professor, Departmentof Biology, University of Washington (Seattle) and Curator of Paleobotany, Burke Museum of Natural History & Culture (BMNHC). Caroline obtained her B.A. & M.Sc. degrees from the Department of Geology, Lund University, Sweden in 1997. She completed her Ph.D. dissertation in the Department of Integrative Biology, University of California, Berkeley in 2003. Then, Dr. Strömberg conducted 4-year post-doctoral research in Sweden andUSA.
