Dr. Tao Su (苏涛) is a young Chinese palaeobotanist, who is currently working in Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden, Chinese Academy of Sciences[中国科学院西双版纳热带植物园—XTBG-CAS].
Tao Su began his undergraduate study at the College of Life and Basic Sciences, Sichuan Agricultural University (Yaan, Sichuan) in 2001 and got his B.Sc. degree in 2005. He completed his graduate study in the Kunming Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences (Kunming, Yunnan) and got his Ph. D. degree in 2011.
At moment Dr. Su mainly focuses on the study of the Neogene plants from southwestern China as well as palaeoclimate. His recent publications are as follows:
