《古植物学的故事》资料补充与更正（第10次）

                           -----英国皇家学会涉及古植物学研究的院士们（补充资料）

第39期《古植物学的故事》罗列了英国皇家学会涉及古植物学研究的院士与外籍院士之名单，并简述了有关情况。Joseph Correa de Serra (1750--1823)、Hermann Graf zu Solms-Laubach (1842--1915)和Agnes Robertson Arber(1879--1960)也涉猎了化石植物的研究，现作一些补充。

 

1. Joseph Correa de Serra (1750--1823)，葡萄牙人，政治家，科学家

1796年3月3日当选为英国皇家学会院士(FRS)[注：虽然为葡萄牙人，但由于一些特殊关系当选为FRS]

2. Hermann Graf zu Solms-Laubach (1842--1915)，德国植物学家，古生物学家

1902年11月27日当选英国皇家学会外籍院士(ForMemRS)

Hermann Graf zu Solms-Laubach 于1887年发表了第一本德文古植物学教科书Einleitung in die Palaeophytologie，该书于1899年被译成英文。[注：英国皇家学会提供的资料显示Solms-Laubach生于1842年，卒于1915年。也有资料称Solms-Laubach生于1836年，卒于1914年，需要进一部核实。]

 

3. Agnes Robertson Arber  (1879--1960)，英国植物形态解剖学家，古植物学家
