《古植物学的故事》资料补充与更正(第3次)

2010年4月《国际古植物学协会通讯》（第91期）刊发了两则英文讣闻，介绍了两位仙逝的科学家，一位是前苏联伟大的植物学家和古植物学家Armen Leonovich Takhtajan（1910--2009），另一位是他的学生、同事Sergey Glebovich Zhilin（1932--2009）。两则讣闻都包含一些重要史料，引用出处：
（1）关于A. L. Takhtajan的讣闻
这篇讣闻的第一作者为Ivan Gabrielyan博士，供职于亚美尼亚科学院植物研究所（Ivan Gabrielyan, Armenian National Academy of Sciences ,

从古植物学研究的学术思想发展历史看，这篇讣闻指出：A. L. Takhtajan逐步形成了古植物学研究的“分类学派”（taxonomical school）。参见：

我认为，古植物学最重要的科学意义是认识自然和理解自然，其灵魂性工作是化石植物的分类鉴定，然后在此基础上理解植物多样性、系统性和复杂性的发展过程以及古环境的演变过程，进而开展地层层序的对比和地质年代的厘定等研究。参见：

这篇讣闻的作者是俄罗斯科学院柯莫洛夫植物研究所(St. Petersburg)的古植物学家Sergey Vikhulin博士。
