3. 溶解差

4. 分离所用溶剂毒

5. 勤用CS2、质谱和碳谱

6. 多爱护自己的小肝和肾

7. 仔细看文献的支持材料

8. 不要阳光直射，暂时不用的放冰箱冷藏，长期不用的放惰性气体封好冷藏或冷冻，防止缓慢氧化，氧化物只能专门的柱子HPLC除掉，偶尔用氧化铝的柱子也能除。
