《乳腺癌研究》(Breast Cancer ResearchISSN 1465-542X)是一种国际同行评议的在线开放获取(OA)杂志,发表原创性研究、评论、编辑评述和报道类研究成果。发表论文涉及到与乳腺癌相关的生物学和医学的所有领域,包括正常乳腺生物学,特别强调乳腺癌的遗传基础、生化基础以及细胞基础研究。此外,此杂志也刊登生物学基础性的临床前研究和临床研究成果,包括一期和二期临床试验结果。《乳腺癌研究》目前的影响因子为5.490.

8  计算结果SJR2与SJR的比较

根据《乳腺癌研究》2000-2014年期刊相关数据,SJR与篇均参考文献数(Refs/Doc.,x1)和国际合作度(% International Collaboration,x2)的二元回归分析,得到如下关系式:

SJR=1.377-0.054x1+0.112x2,

此方程相关性系数R2=0.8767.由此式计算结果为SJR2,与SCImago给出的SJR值非常接近,详见下图所示。由下图反思上述关系式可知:篇均参考文献数对于SJR的贡献是负贡献,即参考文献数越多,SJR值越小;而国际合作度对SJR贡献是正贡献。
