谷歌2019中國高引研究者——林青云(H=163)

西班牙国家研究委员会(Consejo Superior de Investigaciones CientíficasCSIC)网络计量学实验室(the Cybermetrics Lab),根據谷歌学者引文(Google Scholar Citations,GSC)数据库的統計結果——谷歌2019高引研究者(h指数大于100,h>100)的2929名在世和已故作者已有報道“2019高引研究者(H>100)一览表”。今天,對於根據2019年4月的第一周收集的數據而給出的2019谷歌學術引用數據庫高引作者一覽表(2929名作者)中的中國作者陸續進行簡要介紹。前面介紹了武漢理工大學材料科學與工程學院、武汉理工大学材料复合新技术国家重点实验室余家囯教授。他在“2019高引研究者(H>100)一览表”中排名于第299名,H指數為154.並不是我國入選作者當中H指數最高的(因爲“谷歌2019中國高引研究者——余家國(H=154)”博文無法在進行修改,只能在此加以説明了)。而香港大学化学病理学家林青云(Lam Ching Wan)教授才是我國入選者當中H指數最高的,他的H指數為163,纍計被引超過15.9萬次,在“2019高引研究者(H>100)一览表”中排名于第201名,更多信息見下面截圖(截圖時間2019-05-13)。


1. 林青云(Lam Ching Wan)簡介

青云教授于1991年在香港中文大学取得学士学位,并于1997年在澳洲皇家病理学学院(The Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia)取得博士学位。他是澳大利亚临床双侧血液病医师协会(The Australasian Association of Clinical Bicohemists)的成员。2000年获香港中文大学博士学位。2012年,他从格拉斯哥皇家外科医师学院(Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow)获得FRCP(Glas)学位。

林青云教授是一名化学病理学家,在遗传性代谢疾病方面有20多年的研究经验,并发表超过160篇有关遗传代谢性疾病的论文。他的研究兴趣包括遗传代谢性疾病和基因检测的各个方面。例如,他发现了MECP2基因,这是第一个非综合症婴儿自闭症的疾病基因。这个基因座被称为AUTSX3【自闭症(AUTISM),x连锁(X-LINKED), 易感性(SUSCEPTIBILITY TO, ; MIM ID #300496】。这项工作已被纳入制定自闭症病因诊断的国际指南以及美国医学遗传学学院( The American College of Medical Genetics)2013年临床实践指南。

林教授发现了SMOOTHENED基因是零星髓母细胞瘤(sporadic medulloblastomas)的驱动基因。这项工作为研制SMOOTHENED抑制剂——Vismodegibs提供了重要的指导。他还在一种一线抗癫痫药物——2-丙基戊酸钠(valproate使用過程中发现了一种新的药物遗传疾病,而且2-丙基戊酸鈉可以触发线粒体脑肌病的发病与乳酸酸中毒和中风样发作(MELAS)。这项工作已经导致美国食品和药物管理局(FDA)禁止2-丙基戊酸盐用于线粒体DNA疾病患者的临床实践。詳見(http://www.fda.gov/Safety/MedWatch/SafetyInformation/ucm360487.htm)。香港大学化学病理学家林青云(Lam Ching Wan),教授,也是香港中文大學內外全科醫學士, 澳洲皇家病理科醫學院榮授院士, 香港病理學專科學院院士, 香港醫學專科學院院士 (病理科)。
