今天上午接收到校友刘和平博士的Email,他要招收大气科学的博士研究生，希望我把这个信息专递给海大的硕士研究生。如有兴趣者请同他联系(贴出这封Email没有征求他本人的同意，特此说明）。

Greetings!
My name is Liu Heping. I knew your big name for a while, but I haven't had chance to see you. I also graduated from Chengdu Institute of Meteorology in 1987. Now I am in Washington State University (WSU). Currently, I am recruiting Ph.D. students in atmospheric sciences. So I would like to ask your kind help to pass this information to the master students in your department/college.
Also, I'll be glad to accept students who will be supported by Chinese Scholarship Council (CSC) to come to WSU for Ph.D. degree in atmospheric sciences. To attract qualified students, we provide students with more benefits as follows:
(1) Waiver of tuition and fee;
(2) Since the CSC student salary provided by CSC is very low (about US$14,000 per year), WSU will increase their salary to the WSU student's salary level (i.e., around US$19,000 per year).
Would you be willing to encourage the master students in your department, your group, or other groups (please kindly help pass this information to students who may be interested in) to apply CSC scholarship and come to WSU for their PhD. degree? If this is the case, please ask the students to contact me. I will be glad to help them out. Thank you!
