国际科学计量学与信息计量学学会会长、比利时情报学家罗纳尔德.鲁索教授在其个人网站上列出了他编制的文献计量学发展大事年表(http://users.telenet.be/ronald.rousseau/html/timeline_of_bibliometrics.html),我觉得很好，转贴在这里供大家参考，我加上一些翻译和说明性文字。

1896  Pareto: the first power law; related to income distribution
