19.1 分化程度

中国人不会说for God’s sake或um Gottes Willen。

像中文这样，不通过词尾来表示关系的语言，叫孤立语。

拉丁语、希腊语、德语、俄语等都属于inflecting  tongues（屈折语）。

英语等使用介词的语言叫分析语。

土耳其语是典型的agglutinative（粘着语）。

Ak, 中心意思是尖、快，如acrobat, acute, eager,axe, acme（顶点），equine（马科）。

Ag, 中心意思是drive, urge，如agony, agent, axis, acre,ache, axle（车轴）。

An, 中心意思是呼吸，如animal, animosity（敌意）。

As, 中心意思是breathe, live, be, 如absent, present, essence,am, is, are, sooth.

Bhu, 中心意思是grow, become, be, dwell,build等，如physic, future, fawn（奉承，幼鹿），boor（乡下佬），by-law（细则）。

Ga, 中心意思是beget, produce, 如giant, bigamy（重婚），cognate（母族的），kin, kith（亲属），child, chit（小孩儿，幼芽），queen。

Gan, 中心意思是know, 如ignoramus（笨人），noble, ken, cunning.

Giw, 中心意思是live, 如biology, vivid，quick.

i,  中心意思是go, 如exit, issue, itinerary（旅程），perish, sedition（煽动）.

Kap, 中心意思是hold, grasp, contain, 如capacious, head, capital,chapter.

Kam, 中心意思是late, enemy, amiable。

Mu, 中心意思是bind, shut, close, 如mystic, mystery, mural（壁上的），munificence（慷慨），community。

Pa, 中心意思是feed, nourish, protect, 如possible, palace, feed,fur, foster.

Pu, 中心意思是beget, 如puerile（幼稚的），puberty（青春期），pedagogue（教师），puppet, pullet（小母鸡），filly（小雌马，活泼姑娘）。
