Cell Discovery is a newlylaunched Open Access journal jointly published by Shanghai Institute ofBiochemistry and Cell Biology and Nature Publishing Group(http://www.nature.com/celldisc/). The journal is seeking 1 full-time, in-housescientific editor to join its editorial team. The Scientific Editor will betrained to play roles in providing immediate and satisfactory supports to theEditor and Executive Editor in all aspects of manuscript processing, whichinclude but are not limited to assessing submitted papers and overseeing thereviewing process. This will be an exciting opportunity for a talentedindividual to participate in shaping the future development of this newjournal. The key qualities the journal looks for are breadth of scientificinterest and the ability to think critically about a wide range of scientificissues. The minimum requirement is a PhD in areas related to molecular and cellbiology, and outstanding command of the English language. Postdoctoral or prioreditorial experience would be a plus.
