Introduction

SpaceStat allows you to view the data in your project, display these data in maps and graphs, and to perform statistics to evaluate spatial patterns. What makes this software unique is that it is a space-time information system. In SpaceStat, time is a dimension of the data, rather than an attribute linked to each object in the dataset. Thus, almost all views of the data can be animated, from maps to histograms to tables. But, SpaceStatdoes more than just animate your data, it allows you to make statistical inferences about patterns in the data as well. SpaceStat allows you to view, interact with and statistically analyze your space-time data so that you can make informed decisions.

SpaceStat是收费软件，但是可以免费试用14天。填写如Fig. 1所示表格即可下载试用版本软件，只有14天试用时间。

Geary's C

1.加载数据

File>Import>Geography/data file，添加一个shapefile文件（之前从Raster转换而来）。

2.配置参数

Methods>Clustering>Geary's C，随后在右边配置参数，如Fig. 3，配置完毕后单击Run。因Number of randomizations设置，该数值越大运行时间越久，结果会有不同。（一般邻接按照Rooks原则，即Fig. 3中的Spatial weights set是Nearest 4 neighbors 2）

例如n201206.shp，当Number of randomizations是999时，Geary's C是0.082893（p= 0.001000），修改Numberof randomizations是10000，Geary's C是0.082893（p= 0.000100），再次修改Number of randomizations是50000，Geary's C是0.082893（p= 0.000020），再修改Number of randomizations是80000（Features共96553个），Geary's C是0.082893（p= 0.000012），可见随着Number of randomizations增大，Geary's C不变，但显著性在提高。
