医用Mg-Ca合金腐蚀研究进展
Advancement in in-vitro corrosion of biomedical Mg-Ca alloys
由于Mg和Ca都是人体中主要的阳离子元素,Mg–Ca 合金医用研究具有应用前景。郑玉峰教授【1】和我们前期【2-5】有关Mg-Ca合金生物医用研究成果已经在Biomaterials、Corrosion Science、Surface and Coatings Technology等知名期刊发表,该项研究似乎是老生常谈了。
但至今,有关Ca含量对Mg-Ca腐蚀的影响存在不同说法。比较多的论文报道认为,Ca含量越低,Mg-Ca合金耐蚀性越好。
该项研究指出,Mg2Ca与杂质元素Fe、Si共存,形成Mg2CaFeSi 颗粒,导致Mg-Ca合金发生点蚀和丝状腐蚀。Ca具有双重作用:(1)细化晶粒,增加耐蚀性和(2)形成Mg2Ca相,导致微电偶腐蚀,降低耐蚀性。两者对立统一的结果是,Ca含量为0.79 wt%的Mg-Ca合金具有最佳的耐蚀性。另外,Mg-0.79Ca合金还具有最高的硬度、抗拉强度和屈服强度。
